Aligned Modern Health was founded in Chicago in 2010 and is a modern healthcare company that’s aligned with each patient’s healthcare journey.

In recent years, they’ve expanded to other states beyond the Midwest and into Telehealth as well. To support this expansion, the brand brought on our agency partner, Chief Brand Advisory, to lead their rebrand. With refocused positioning and messaging, our studio created a new visual identity for the brand.

The new logo is grounded in clarity and trust.
The color palette draws from nature and the body, creating
a calming, human-centered experience that bridges clinical
expertise with compassionate care.

The photographic style captures the authenticity of their doctors and patients, while images of natural elements and textures
foster deeper connections to their roots in holistic healthcare.
